In the consulting and feasibility study phase, we work with you as a customer to create a requirements specification that forms the basis for the project.

Preparation

Once we agree on what needs to be done, we start our analysis phase, which we call preparation. It results in a quote where the solution is described in more detail.

Development of the solution

Development/Construction

Now it’s time to start the detailed work on the project. In this phase, you will have regular meetings with the project manager and also meet the construction team. Everything to make you feel confident about the progress and results of the project.

Manufacturing/assembly

Once the design team has finished, we hand over to our technicians and fitters. All the details are now manufactured and assembled in our functional assembly halls.

Verification

FAT (factory acceptance test) is then carried out in our assembly halls. This gives you proof that what we have agreed is really what we will deliver.

Delivery

Delivery/training

Once the FAT is approved by you, we deliver the plant or machine to your factory. We install it, test drive it and perform a SAT (site acceptance test). Now it’s also time for training on how the machine works. This is always included as an important part of our delivery.

Service/Support

After the handover, you will be fully supported by our skilled EA Service department. They will take care of any warranty actions or other improvements you want help with. EA Service is also there after the warranty has expired if you wish to sign a service contract with us.
